Turning 30 years old

Well I'm going to be turning 30 in two short weeks and I have nearly accomplished all my lifetime goals for 30 years old. Below is my goals.

30 years
- Goal: $75,000 in stocks and mutual funds
- Actual: $95,697 in retirement accounts

- Goal: Paying on a house
- Actual: $42,000+ in equity

- Goal: Have 529plan setup and contributing for son
- Actual: $2000 saved in state's 529plan

- Goal: Purchase $1000 worth of I-bonds for son (college)
- Actual: $950 I-bonds saved

- Goal: Masters degree
- Actual: completed 12 credit hours (2009)

- Goal: $10000 Emergency Fund (6 months of liquid assets)
- Actual: $15,000

- Goal: Have run in at least one marathon
- Actual: Ran two marathons Omaha & Marine Corp

Going forward here are my goals for when I turn 35.
- $225,000 in stocks
- $10,000 saved in son’s 529plan
- Purchase 80 acres of farm land
- $20,000 saved up for down payment on second house
- Own vintage Volkswagen Bug
- Ran in at least 3 marathons (one in under 3:00)
- Ran a 36:00 10k time
- Qualified and ran Boston Marathon
- $25,000 in emergency fund
- Wifes’s school loan paid off
- My school loan paid off
