Today I ran a 5k and ran my first sub 20 min race (19:36)! Also I've had quiet times on July 1, 2, 5, and 8, which was another one of my goals.

Still haven't been able to transfer money from ING to Emigrant, but will be able to soon after they've added my new checking account.
