Had quiet time on July 17 and 18, and will have one tonight.

Working on getting transcripts mailed to me for application into graduate school. Has to be turned in by the 27th! Better get on that.

Ran 14 miles on Sunday in 1:47:54.

Transferred money from ING to Emigrantdirect to earn higher interest rate.

Paid extra on student loan (interest that was earned on Money Market account)

Continuing to use monthly budget.

Working on signing up for masters classes through my employer.

Just trying to keep up to date on my July goals!

Today I ran a 5k and ran my first sub 20 min race (19:36)! Also I've had quiet times on July 1, 2, 5, and 8, which was another one of my goals.

Still haven't been able to transfer money from ING to Emigrant, but will be able to soon after they've added my new checking account.

I've been looking at other people's BLOG's and it seems like a lot of people set monthly goals, which I thought was a good idea. Consequently, I'm going to make an effort to do the same.

Goals:
1) Have 20 quiet times
2) Pay extra on student loan (transfer interest made on Money Market to pay principal on loan)
3) Run atleast 35 miles per week and do a long runs of 14, 16, and 18.
4) Do budgeting for entire month
5) Transfer majority of money out of INGDIRECT to Emigrantdirect
6) Begin paperwork for taking a masters class
7) Submit bills for flexible spending accounts

So that is my start for monthly goals. Wish me luck!

Today I recalculated my net worth since last month and we saw an increase in a little over $2000 in our net worth. Also since today is the first we are going to start tracking our expenses again with our monthly budget sheet.
